目前，思科有两种证书发放，纸质和电子证书两种，先教你如何申请纸质证书重发：
第一步，访问以下地址
https://www.certmanager.net/cisco/login.aspx?returnurl=/cisco/default.aspx
打开链接后，点击如下图蓝色框内的链接，如图所示
第二步，打开后，看到如下图所示的页面，点击蓝色框内的链接--create a case，假如看不到，可以搜索。
第三步，打开后，你会看到如下页面
填写你的e-mail地址，请确保你填写的e-mail正确并保证其长期有效；
填写subject，
填写内容，包括完整地址，邮编，cisco id和要求重发什么证书
下面示例，仅供参考：
dear sir :
I have passed the examination of ccna(640-801) on January 30th,2003. but I haven't received the ccna certificate from you yet.please help me.

填写完毕后，点击左下角的按钮
第四步，打开后，你会看到这样的页面
点击左下角蓝色框内的按钮
然后你会看到：
到这里为止，工作已基本完成。
接下来到你刚才填写的信箱去收信
信的内容大致如下：
"please do not reply to this e-mail.
to update your incident, or if your incident remains unsolved click on the hyperlink below.
thank you for contacting the cisco training and certifications team. your question has been received by customer service. you will receive a response by e-mail within four business days. to ensure delivery of your correspondence, do not reply to this email message.
if your issue remains unsolved, please update this question here."
然后去访问第1个步骤的链接，使用cisco id登录，查看个人信息是否正确，不正确就修改一下。
之后几天会收到一封答复信：
